Apprenticeship Program
Position: DAE Mechanical (Field-based)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Undertake trainings provided effectively.
- Participate in the repair, maintenance, and overhauling of Rotary (Pumps, Compressors, Engines) and Static (Pipelines, Vessels, etc.) assets.
- Participate in the working of valves and fittings.
- Participate in condition-based maintenance activities.
- Participate in the repair and maintenance of vessels, towers, air coolers, storage tanks, valves, and wellheads.
- Assist mechanical engineers in the commissioning of mechanical equipment and machinery.
- Assist mechanical engineers in monitoring the corrosion prevention system, and conducting quality inspections of materials, tools, and consumables delivered to the plant site.
- Participate in maintaining inventory levels for required spares and materials used during maintenance activities. Inspect materials related to mechanical work.
- Keep documentary records of plant operations, parameters, and maintenance activities as per the standard format.
- Ensure proper functioning of the mechanical workshop along with tools.
- Learn welding and the erection of piping and its accessories.
- Ensure housekeeping and painting of all static, rotary equipment, and structures at the plant and within the areas of jurisdiction.
Qualification:
- Preferably fresh or with a maximum of 1 year of experience.
- Minimum 3-Year Diploma of Associate Engineering (Mechanical) from a recognized institute.
- Knowledge of mechanical principles.
- Understanding of hand tools.
- Use of a computer (data entry, Microsoft Office)

Position: DAE Electrical & Instrumentation (Field-based)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Undertake trainings provided effectively.
- Learn and participate in daily scheduled maintenance jobs of all electrical and instrument equipment as per maintenance schedules.
- Learn and participate during troubleshooting, repairs, and maintaining electrical and instrumentation distribution systems, including generators, electric motors, electric controls, etc.
- Assist E&I Engineers during commissioning/installation of new equipment.
- Participate in regular inspections and prepare reports in accordance with electrical and control equipment inspection cycles and procedures.
- Learn techniques and evaluations to ensure that all electrical equipment is functioning within designed parameters. This includes the maintenance of PCB cards and other accessories of control panels, including PLC-based control systems.
- Learn about the installation of electrical system components (e.g., cabling, lighting, alarms, electrical panels, switches, circuits, etc.).
- Assist in updating E&I records, system drawings, and operations and maintenance databases.
- Ensure housekeeping of all E&I assets.
Qualification:

- Knowledge of electrical principles.
