Maria.B Designs Pvt Ltd Jobs Assistant Manager Procurement:
Maria.B. Designs (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for Assistant Manager Procurement. The incumbent should have bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, business or supply chain management from reputed institute.
He should be able to:
1) To meet with supervisors and department heads to understand/ forecast the needs and supplies
2) To review requests for proposals (RFPs)/ procurement requisitions
3) To review and negotiate contracts with (New/Old) vendors & suppliers
4) To visit market and conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality
5) To ensure the timely booking of GRNs against POs and manage timely Invoices /payments & monthly closing with Accounts & Finance.
6) To reconcile the parties’ ledger with accounts team
7) To accountable of all data analysis, vendor aging, purchase reports, purchase & stock comparisons & statistics
8) To delegate tasks to the procurement team.
