- Regularly take orders from clients Resolve client queries if any — in an efficient and timely manner
- Be proactively involved in end-to-end order management
- Keep a check and active follow-up on payments and invoices
- Regularly update ledger
- Efficiently handle payments and their receiving
- Keep in constant coordination with all Zones
- Any other tasks assigned by the General Manager
