We’re hiring! Assistant Manager – Workshop
The Role:
- Greet truck drivers and fleet managers, assess vehicle needs, and provide expert advice on repairs and maintenance.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of truck servicing and repairs.
- Provide customers with accurate service estimates and updates specific to heavy-duty vehicles.
- Manage truck service appointments and maintain an organized fleet maintenance calendar.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally to ensure driver and fleet operator satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of service history, truck diagnostics, parts replacements, and billing.
Requirements:
- D.A.E Automobile or B. Tech / Auto & Diesel.
- 4-5 years of experience in an automobile service workshop role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and provide exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in using service management software.
