Officer Procurement
Location: Corn Division โ Faisalabad (FIEDMC)
Job Summary: Seeking a skilled Procurement Officer to drive efficient procurement processes & supplier relationship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure technical and non-technical materials, goods, and services that meet quality, cost, and delivery standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage quotation processes, ensuring transparency, fairness, and competitiveness.
- Develop, review, and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize inventory levels, reduce waste, and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelorโs degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. ย
- Proficient in procurement software and systems. ย
