DM Export Sales & Operations – North America Region

Responsibilities
- Oversee export sales and operational activities for the North American market, with a specific focus on the USA region.
- This role involves close collaboration with the USA Regional Manager to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and ensure alignment with regional sales and operational strategies.
- The position requires strong expertise in export sales, logistics, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain seamless operations across North America.
- Monitor and evaluate competitors, customer needs, and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of export orders, working closely with the logistics and production teams.
- Manage export compliance and ensure adherence to customs, import/export regulations, and shipping protocols.
- Provide updates on the status of export operations and sales performance in the North American region.
- Utilize data and performance analytics to identify areas for improvement in both sales and operational processes.
Key Requirements Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade or Marketing Willingness to travel frequently within the North American region for client meetings, trade shows, and events.
