Positions: Department Head Debit Cards

Job Purpose:

To provide product and process support towards Debit Card Issuance and profitability via effective strategy, team management, new product additions & technology enhancement to achieve overall Digital Banking goals.

Job Description:

• Achieve fee income by identifying new sources of fee income, pricing and reducing fee leakage and Build cost discipline
• Launch new variants of Debit Card to cover various customer segments
• Increase Debit Cards activation and achieve budgeted CIF portfolio
• Build a model for achieving budget numbers of Issuance
• Review Debit Card processes to improve efficiency and productivity
• Implement value added initiatives to improve service standards and customer service
• Work with all functions of the bank to deliver end-to-end customer experience on the debit card business
• Provide multiple channels to the customer for Debit Card activation
• Audit, compliance and risk assessment ongoing basis
• Maintain a strict vigilance to ensure no control breach takes place
• Develop, engage & succession planning

Location: Karachi & Lahore

Education: Masters/MBA Degree

Experience: 9 – 10 years of banking experience
