Department: Payment Solutions Department – Digital Banking Group
Reports to: Unit Head – eCommerce
JOB PURPOSE
Ensuring end to end on boarding of eCommerce new sales and relationship building with existing eCommerce clients, manage all relevant operational level details and to provide technical support for integration, implementation and troubleshooting of internet payment gateway. Also responsible for achieving given volume and other business related targets within the given budget. Responsible for smooth sale of eCommerce proposition and extract maximum business growth by utilizing experienced resources.
Experience:
Proven 5-7 years (minimum) of experience in eCommerce sales & support role preferably in a Bank/Fintech
Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams
In-depth understanding of clients with good negotiation skills
Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of digital banking products, awareness of market and industry trends. Sound technical knowledge of merchant integration on internet payment gateways
