MCB Islamic Bank is inviting CVs for the position of “Manager HR” in the Retail Banking Group based in Lahore. Please apply only if you fulfill the criteria mentioned in the job details.

Location : Lahore

Qualification: Master degree holder. Candidates with MBA – HR shall be preferred

Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience

Job Role

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process of candidates in the Retail Banking Group
• Closely work with the HR team of the bank to complete hiring process
• Coordinate with different offices on behalf of the Group office
  Manage transfers and postings of staff
• Coordinate and efficiently manage performance appraisal cycle of the Group

Desired skills

• Must possess good interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work on multiple assignments meeting deadlines
• Must be a team player
• Should be able to comfortably work on MS Office suite
