Position: Client Service Officer
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the banking sector.
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance from an HEC-recognized institute/university
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with branches/operations to ensure Meezan Payroll Partner accounts are opened and activated in a timely manner.
Maintain a MIS of the complete account opening activity.
Ensure all arrangements for data collection at the customer end are completed efficiently.
Provide dedicated client support services for a portfolio of top-tier relationships and enhance the Bank’s competitiveness in the same area.
Serve as the focal point of contact for relationship enhancement with Meezan Payroll Partner top-tier customers.
Skills Required: General banking knowledge, relationship management, timeline management, multitasking, stress management, and customer interaction skills.
