Position: Sales Manager

Overview: MMI Hospital, a project of Memon Health & Education Foundation, is seeking a driven Sales Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare and a proven track record in increasing patient admissions and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, doctors, insurance companies, and corporate clients.
• Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
• Manage partnerships with medical practitioners through referral programs and promotions.
• Coordinate sales efforts with the marketing team to align strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare and present sales reports with insights for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of corporate sales experience in a healthcare environment.
• Strong presentation and client relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, negotiating, and influencing abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.
• Minimum: Graduate Degree
• Preferred: MBA (Marketing)
• Relevant Marketing Certifications or Diploma is a plus.
