- Adept at monitoring product performance, tracking KPIs and implementing strategies for growth and profitability in the wellness sector.
- Experienced in managing product launches, including cross-functional coordination and sales team training on technical and health benefits.
- Competent in maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers and wellness influencers to drive brand advocacy.

- Masterโs/Bachelorโs degree in Science, MBA in marketing will be considered a plus.

- Lead and manage a nationwide sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and delivering on key performance metrics.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies, maintaining the integrity of all sales operations.
