MINIMUM EXPERIENCE : 4-5 Years Relevant Automotive Industry Experience

QUALIFICATION: BE/B-Tech in Automotive Engineering

LOCATION: Lahore, Islamabad 2 Positions

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monitor dealers’ overall service performance and collect monthly operation reports.
• Responsible for generating dealers’ service ability improvement plans & putting them into implementation.
• Responsible for customer complaint handling, warranty case approval, and execution of special service activities for dealers.
• Timely submission of technical reports.

SKILLS

• Strong technical diagnosis skills
• Customer-first mindset, prompt decision maker
• Great analytical & interpersonal skills
