LOCATION Plant – Lahore

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supervise & coordinate Assembly operations to ensure efficiency & adherence to production schedules.
• Lead & develop a team of technicians & operators by providing training & support.
• Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks & implement process improvement.
• Participate in activities using methodologies (5S, Kaizen & Root Cause Analysis).

SKILLS

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Lean Manufacturing Principles and production optimization techniques.
• Problem-solving & decision-making skills.
