JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monitor Dealers overall service performance and collect monthly operation report.
• Responsible for generating dealers service ability improvement plan & put into implementation.
• Responsible for customer complaint handling, warranty case approval and execution of special service activities for Dealers.
• Timely submission of technical reports.

SKILLS

• Strong Technical Diagnosis skills
• Customer First Mindset, Prompt decision maker
• Great analytical & interpersonal skills
