Requirement: BBA/MBA in Human Resource/Finance or related discipline.
2-4 years of experience in Rewards. Candidate should have good financial acumen and analytical skills with hands on experience on SAP and strong understanding of Rewards Procedures & Policies of Local Industry.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business HR teams to develop annual manpower budgets and diligently monitor monthly expenditures against actual costs. Analyze variances, identify root causes, and provide timely updates to ensure budget adherence and alignment with allocated manpower plans.
Participate in salary surveys and analyze data to identify trends and recommend increment budgets and market adjustment during salary programs and performance cycles.
Execute the annual Performance Management System (PMS) cycle, including the preparation of increment, bonus, and variable pay calculations, letter distribution, and final payout, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement according to the approved scheme.
Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, vehicle and fuel policy, leave fare assistance, variable pay plans, bonus and other benefits.
Conduct periodic reviews and revisions of HR policies to ensure they remain aligned with shifting business needs, are legally compliant, and provide clear, accessible guidance to employees.
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and present findings to leadership with actionable recommendations.
Continuously maintain job descriptions with HRBPs, actively participate in Total Rewards Surveys (TRS), and provide ongoing support for compensation evaluation and analysis to ensure pay scales align with the Midas pay philosophy and the compensation strategy remains responsive to evolving market needs.
Support the development and implementation of new rewards programs and initiatives by conducting needs assessments, benchmarking against industry best practices, drafting program guidelines and policies, assisting with system configurations, and providing post-implementation support and training to employees and managers.
