Job Title: ARCHITECT

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and goals.
Develop innovative design concepts that align with project objectives and client preferences.
Create detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications using industry-standard software.
Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor construction progress to ensure designs are implemented accurately and according to specifications.
Research and recommend sustainable and efficient building materials and techniques.
Provide creative solutions to design challenges while considering budget and timeline constraints.
Participate in client presentations and communicate design concepts effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
4 to 5years of experience working as an architect in a construction or architectural firm.
Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of construction materials, techniques, and building systems.
Excellent knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail in design.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
