Job Description:
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the manager to develop and present plans for new initiatives and improvements aimed at enhancing the companyโs online presence and boosting E-sales.
- Customer Assistance: Provide friendly and helpful assistance to customers regarding order information, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and courteously.
- Order Management: Accurately record and process customer orders received through our portal or via phone, and meticulously forward all details to the relevant outlet for seamless and timely delivery execution.
- E-Commerce Expertise: Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of website management, e-commerce usability, and conduct regular e-market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Market Analysis: Prepare monthly competitive analysis reports focused on E-commerce activities to help the company make informed decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Follow-up: Maintain strong follow-ups with concerned shops and customers while effectively coordinating with the Manager of Operations to ensure operational efficiency.
- Timely Resolution: Recognize the importance of customer time in online services and resolve customer queries swiftly, adhering to company service standards.
- Complaint Handling: Handle customer queries and complaints in a manner consistent with company policies, always maintaining a positive attitude, and aiming to turn unhappy customers into satisfied ones.
- Feedback Analysis: Collect, sift through, and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and develop strategic solutions to continuously enhance our customer service.
- Complaint Data Management: Maintain a structured database of customer feedback and complaints, diligently following up with all stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Weekend Commitment: Be prepared to work on alternate weekends to ensure consistent and exceptional customer service.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and willing to undertake any other tasks and responsibilities as required to support the team and achieve company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in e-commerce customer service is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Positive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platform management and data analysis.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and empathy when handling customer complaints.
