We (MINISO Pakistan) are a company dedicated to providing quality products and services. In order to meet customer needs and company growth, we are looking for a Marketing Supervisor to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for market research, market positioning and brand planning, develop marketing plan and promote implementation.
- Manage the company’s various marketing channels, including but not limited to online advertising, offline events, social media, etc., to increase brand awareness and influence;
- Organize marketing activities, including new product launches, promotional activities, etc., to increase product sales;
- Assist other departments of the company to carry out marketing related work, provide market support and consulting services;
- Monitor market changes and competitive dynamics, provide market intelligence and competitive analysis reports.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, Majors in Marketing or Advertising, etc.
- At least 3 to 4 years marketing related work experience, strong ability of market analysis, planning and execution;
- Proficient in marketing related tools and software, such as SEO, SEM, ATL, BTL, social media, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.
- Excellent English communication, coordination and teamwork skills;
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
