Vacancy Announcement: Applications are invited for the following contract posts in the 50 Aviation Squadron (MoI) / Air Wing, Ministry of Interior:

1. Squadron Pilots – 02 Posts
2. Doctor (Medical Officer) – 01 Post
3. Aero Technicians – 03 Posts

Eligibility conditions are as follows:

Squadron Pilot

• Qualification:
  • For Civilians: Minimum 500 flying hours, including a minimum of 100 hours as Captain. Must be a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) holder. Flying Instructor Qualification is preferable.
  • For Retired Armed Forces: Minimum 1000 flying hours, including a minimum of 500 hours as Captain on Fixed Wing. Must be qualified on Cessna C208B Aircraft. Flying Instructor Qualification on C-208 B and Night Vision Goggle (NVG) Qualification are preferable.
• Maximum Age (on 30 September 2024):
  • Civilian: 35 years
  • Retired Armed Forces: 60 years
• Place of Posting: Quetta, Balochistan
• Post: Squadron Pilot
• Quota: Open Merit

Doctor (Medical Officer)

• Qualification: MBBS Degree recognized by PMDC with 3 years of experience as a medical practitioner. Flight Surgeon course qualification is preferable.
• Maximum Age (on 30 September 2024):
  • Civilian: 35 years
  • Retired Govt Employees: 55 years
• Place of Posting: Quetta, Balochistan
• Post: Doctor
• Quota: Open Merit

Aero Technician

• Qualification: Minimum Matriculation. Aero Technician Course qualification (for Retired Armed Forces personnel) or PCAA/EASA aircraft maintenance modules B-1 or B-2 qualification (for Civilians). Quality Control Inspector course is preferable.
• Maximum Age (on 30 September 2024): 60 Years
• Place of Posting: Quetta, Balochistan
• Post: Aero Technician
• Quota: Open Merit

Other details are as follows:

• Contract shall be made for one year (extendable up to 5 years).
• No TA/DA shall be admissible for the test/interview.
• CVs/applications should be affixed with a latest passport size photograph, duly attested.
• Final selection shall be subject to medical fitness certification and security clearance.
