SITUATIONS VACANT: Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals to fill the following positions in the PSDP funded Project titled “Strengthening Common Management Unit (CMU) for AIDS, TB and Malaria and accelerating response to control the three diseases in Pakistan” under the Ministry of NHSR&C, Islamabad. These positions are on a contract basis, up to 30th June 2025 or until the completion of the project, whichever is earlier.

National Coordinator (CMU)

1. PPS: 10
2. Max Age: 55-60 years
3. Educational Qualification & Experience:
   • MBBS/BDS (recognized by PMC/PM&DC)
   • Postgraduate Higher Diploma in Medical Faculty / Public Health with 10 years’ experience in the relevant field, OR Postgraduate Lower Diploma in Public Health with 15 years’ experience.
4. Regional/Provincial Quota: Merit-01

Deputy National Coordinator (HIV/AIDS) (CMU)

1. PPS: 09
2. Max Age: 50-55 years
3. Educational Qualification & Experience:
   • MBBS/BDS (recognized by PMC/PM&DC)
   • MPH/MSPH or equivalent recognized by HEC/PMC with 10 years of experience in Public Health Programs.
4. Regional/Provincial Quota: Merit-01

Deputy Director (Admin & Finance) (CMU)

1. PPS: 08
2. Max Age: 50-55 years
3. Educational Qualification & Experience:
   • M.Com/MBA with 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Public Health Vertical Programs/Projects in government or semi-government organizations.
   • At least 3 years’ experience as Drawing and Disbursing Officer and knowledge of AGPR-related matters.
   • Knowledge of preparing draft PC-I, NIS, Cash plan/work plan, Token supplementary grant, and Technical supplementary grant, etc.
4. Regional/Provincial Quota: Merit-01

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS/INFORMATION

• Only experience gained after the required qualification will be considered.
• Age will be calculated from the last date of application submission.
• Candidates already in Government Service should apply through the proper channel.
• Eligibility will be based on academic qualifications, experience, and age.
• Information in application forms will be verified, and any false or forged information can lead to cancellation of candidature at any stage, even post-employment, and possible legal action.
• Incomplete applications, advance copies, and those received after the due date will not be entertained.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
• No TA/DA will be provided for test/interview purposes.
• Applications without a photograph or complete CV will not be entertained.
• The competent authority reserves the right to cancel/postpone recruitment at any stage.
• Candidates who already applied for the National Coordinator position (CMU) at Serial No. 1 need not re-apply.
