POSITION VACANT
Ministry of Railways intends to hire the services of following professional having relevant expertise and qualifications, under Project “Thar Coal Rail Connectivity with existing Railway Network including last mile connectivity with Port Qasim”. Interested candidates may apply for the following post to be filled purely on contract basis under Project Pay Scale (PPS) of 2022.
The position available is for a Project Director (PPS-10) with one post available, located in Hyderabad or at the project site. The required qualifications are a B.E / B.Sc in Civil Engineering, or a Master’s in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or an equivalent qualification. The candidate must have a minimum of 15 years’ experience in construction supervision and project management of infrastructure projects, including 3 years’ experience specifically in railway infrastructure projects. Additionally, the candidate must be conversant with PPRA rules, contract management, EPC contracts, and MS Project. The post is purely on a contract basis, with a maximum age limit of 63 years.
- The initial appointment shall be purely on contract basis for a period of 01 year extendable till project life.
