Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute all civil construction and allied works as per the approved budget and requirement of the management.
- Prepare and keep record of civil work, drawings, BOQs, Estimates, Quotations, Comparative Statements, Work Orders, Bill Calculations sheets, Bills and job cards etc.
- Prepare the budget of civil construction work and ensure the work will be done within the approved budget limit.
- Manage SAP compliance related to civil works, generating PRs, posting UDs on time.
- Prepare the record of current/awaiting construction/repair & maintenance work.
Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience with manufacturing setup or factory facilities. Local candidates will be preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Equivalent.
