Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Responsibilities:
ยท Primary Order Planning, Secondary Sales & Distribution Stocks Management.
ยท Responsible to deliver the volume target of LMT & GT in assigned territory.
ยท Responsible to achieve the set KPI for GT and LMT and to ensure the numeric coverage/ weighted in assigned territory.
ยท Managing & monitoring ROI of Distributors.
ยท Market competition analysis and identifying gaps.
ยท Ensuring Sales KPIS (Sales Flo).
ยท Verification of distributor claims and ensure timely payments.
Requirements:
ยท Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
ยท Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with demonstrated leadership skills in managing sales teams.
ยท Minimum 5-7 experience of relevant work experience.
ยท Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners.
ยท High ethical standards and Integrity in all aspects of sales operations and dealings.
