The Ideal candidate should:

Job Description:
- Overall technology lead for the region looking after Field Operations, RF Optimization & Planning, and Fibre Optic Operations.
- Partner and adviser to the Regional Business Head (RBH) and key stakeholder in business planning.
- Owner and driver of technology KPIs, SLAs, CAPEX and OPEX for the region with an equal stake in business KPIs shared with the RBH.
- Build and lead large, diverse teams spread out geographically, traveling extensively within the region for field visits and to meet technology and commercial teams and external partners.
- Lead the execution of strategic initiatives.
- Partner/vendor management.
Essential Skills:
- Telecom network operations & optimization spanning telco (RAN, Transport) and non-telco (tower, space, power) domains.
- Ability to build and lead large, diverse teams.
Desirable Skills:
- Project management; Data analytics.
Computer Proficiency:
- Adept at using common productivity suites like MS Office. Should be able to identify and use appropriate software tools to analyze large datasets. Apply
