What is Assistant Manger Agents & Merchant Acquisitions โ MMBL?
- Ensure compliance with Bankโs policies and procedures as well as SBP/prudential regulations for smooth conduct of Bank Operations efficiently and consistently.
- Operational Excellence, Handling inbound and outbound call activities with efficient and qualitative Verbal communication.
- Resolving customerโs queries and lodging complaint, handling of on spot customerโs queries, complaints logging and forwarding to respective department for resolution.
- Delivering Sound image and having proficient knowledge of bankโs services and Well versed with the products knowledge, bank processes and able to deliver/present a sound image of the organization.oordination with MMBL Branches & HO department for smooth handling of Operational activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and uphold records on daily basis for audit purpose.
- Having good knowledge of all bankโs operational Manual & Products
- Maintain high motivational level and moral to perform tasks well in time
- Providing back end support and services to branches and providing effective solutions to their problems.
- Perform UAT related to Account opening or relative to Account Maintenance.
- Any Other Task Assigned By line manager.

Position: General Banking Officer
What is General Banking Officer โ MMBL?
- A General Banking Officer is responsible for providing efficient customer service and handling various banking operations at the branch level. They handle account opening, manage customer queries, and process non-financial transactions accurately. They also assist in maintaining fixed assets inventory, security stationary, and administrative support. Additionally, they handle customer complaints, refer customers to appropriate services, and ensure compliance with banking regulations and procedure
What General Banking Officer โ MMBL does?
- Ensure effective and efficient handling of customers in the branch and provide them services according to the laid down service and quality indicators.
- General Banking Officer is required to work in all operations segments of the branches as an inputter/maker level. Handle account opening and its related processes & operations including but not limited to dormancy marking/removal, stop payments marking/revoking, account closures, SOA issuance, loan account opening and closing, deceased marking/removal, Level Migration etc. of Core and Jazz Cash Customers Participate in Gold Loan assessments.
- Preparation of deceased customer cases refund and maintaining record, Manage customer queries in efficient manner. Review and monitor the service indicators assigned to the branch and take effective steps for its achievement.
- Perform all types of Non-Financial transactions with accuracy as per SOP. Guide walk in customers properly and cross sell banks products. Prepare all types of reports for further submission to CSM and Head Office.
- Ensure verification of the entire inventory of Fixed Assets by physical check once a year and reconcile fixed assets register. Be the custodian, along with the other officer, of all types of security stationary and its balancing Be the owner of the administrative support of branch in liaison with CSM/BM Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within TAT.
- Responsible for preparing and maintaining of all types of register/record up to date. Reviewing of all type of Sundry and Suspense accounts for their reconciliation. Scanning and uploading of SS cards on daily basis. Inputting of Clearing instruments and there return marking, Refer customers to appropriate banking services and representatives, issuance/Destruction of cheque books, Bankers Cheques and TDR, and there balancing.
- Custodian of received cheque books/ ATM cards and there delivery/maintenance as per SOP to work as backup of Teller, Ensure accuracy of Cash sorting as per SBP Clean notes policy. Processing Cash Deposits and withdrawals (Ensuring regulations as described in Ops Manual) Identifying and reporting Counterfeited Notes. Accurately processing all Cheque deposits (all outward clearing instruments). Ensure Exchanging Cash between Tellers in case of more than one teller.
- Ensuring Cash Transfer from till to Vault and vice versa at Start of Day and End of the Day, respectively. Ensure to perform all FTโs, TTโs and clearing entries with accuracy. Ensure balancing cash at the end of day (Physical Cash with system T24). Maintenance of Cash Balancing register & preparation of Teller Daily Cash Record; SBP Sheet; Vault Position, Average Sheet & other Cash related reports. Be the Custodian of allocated Keys and Stamps. Any other responsibility assigned by LM.

What is Verification Officer โ MMBL?
- A Verification Officer supports branches in meeting business targets while maintaining prudent credit risk levels. They conduct independent reviews of loan files for accuracy, participate in credit decisions, and maintain records of loan applications. They perform pre-approval and post-disbursement verifications, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of borrower information. The role involves assessing customersโ creditworthiness, ensuring compliance with credit policies, and providing training
What Verification Officer โ MMBL does?
- Support branches to meet business targets while ensuring that credit risk is maintained at prudent level as per policy and guidelines;
- Independent desk review of loan files received from business for accuracy & completeness in line with the credit policy & procedures; highlight discrepancies (if any) for rectifications / removal before further processing
- Participate in branch Credit Committee for credit decisions and impart independent judgment on loan application(s) for approval / rejection) Maintenance of MIS of all loan applications received, processed, rejected;
- Identification & consolidation of reasons of rejection and onward sharing with stakeholders;
- Coordinate with branch/ management to improve loan rejection rate and adopt best practices.
- Conduct post disbursement verifications (as applicable) on sample basis and consolidate findings for onward sharing with Branch Management & Manager Credit Verification/ Head risk analytic for onward sharing with business for rectification and enforcement;
- To conduct pre-approval verification (physical or telephonically โ as applicable) to assess the accuracy of information provided by the borrower(s). Cross verify credit worthiness, reputation and repayment capacity of the applicant(s). This includes verifying genuineness & reliability and completeness of information on loan documents.
- Ensure existence of borrowers, their business (economic activity) through cross verification of home & business addresses as per credit policy /procedures. Interact with applicants(s) and properly document the observation if any.
- Ensure to assess customerโs knowledge of the business and purpose of the loan usage. Verify and assess the credit history of the applicant w.r.t CIR (as applicable) in line with Prudential Regulation / Credit Policy / Procedures.
- Ensure vigilance & identify serious non-compliance issues during verifications & document the observation(s) and report to line Managers immediately.
- Inculcate culture of credit compliance in line with bankโs policy / frameworks / prudential regulation / guidelines;
- Establish a strong service culture and mindset focused on customer needs without compromising key controls and in line with credit policy & procedures / other covenants
- Adherence of Credit Policy/ / Procedures / Guidelines circulated from time to time.
- Ensure Credit Policy & Procedural changes are implemented in branches circulated from time to time;
- Ensure that exceptions are obtained and documented as per policy before approval.
- Adherence to office timing and align activities with Branch management to cope with seasonal business fluctuations.
- Provide functional trainings/capacity building/learning days to Branch Staff to strengthen the credit assessment and monitoring.
- Any other assignment given by the Line Manager from time to time
- At the time of onboarding goldsmiths on the branch panel, VO to physically verify his credentials as per the banks policy.
- Conducting Quarterly Verification of Goldsmiths and dispatching verification reports to HO.
- Supervise gold auction process.

- Hold a Bachelorโs degree from a reputable Institution in the fields of Business Administration/Banking & Finance/ Agriculture/Economics/Accounts.
- Have 3-5 years of credit and related experience.
