Pakistan is a key contributor of the international portfolio in terms of production and exploration.The company is one of the key condensate, crude oil, LPG and gas producers in the country, contributing to Pakistan’s energy supply.

To provide sufficient development opportunities, MOL Pakistan is announcing its fourth batch of Local Trainee Program for the candidates from its areas of production, who have recently graduated and are actively seeking practical industry experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Social Sciences, Finance/Accounting, or relevant disciplines from HEC-recognized institutions (min. CGPA 3.0 or equivalent)
• 2023 and 2024 graduates
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Only the domicile holders of Karak, Kohat, and Hangu districts

Selection Process:

Shortlisted candidates will go through a written test followed by interview.
