EDUCATION

• BBA or MBA

EXPERIENCE

• 2 years of experience in relevant role

SKILLS

• Must be able to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and be approachable
• Must have a diverse range of skills, including communication, relationship building, decision-making, teamwork, training, strategic thinking, multitasking
• Using HR Information Systems (HRIS) & ERP
• Oversee recruitment and selection processes

LOCATION

• Karachi

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, & hiring of qualified candidates
• Handle employee relations, addressing issues & concerns in a timely & professional manner
• Manage the exit process for departing employees, ensuring compliance with company policies & legal requirements till the final settlement
• Ensure compliance with the labor laws & regulations with complete maintenance of the documentation records
• Manage & process EOBI payments, ensuring accuracy & timeliness
• Assist in the development & implementation of HR policies & procedures
