This position is responsible for identifying and highlighting the gaps, weaknesses, changing scenarios, in relation to established SOPs and prevailed procedures to raise and minimize the issues creating due to lack of understandings that would pave to control major losses in the Organization.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identifying risks (financial & operational and policy related) in the process cycles.
- Recommending controls against identified risks.
- Ensure that the relevant controls and SOPs are being followed as per compliance controlling mechanism by performing TOC/ substantive procedures.
- Supervision of Pre-Audit of Invoices / Incentives.
- Audit Assignments and short reports over frequent observations and visits
- Manage the daily activity rooster and update to Manager R&C on a weekly basis.
- A daily exercise for Operational monitoring would be initiated at the ground to highlight and minimize the weight, load, and inbound consignment clearance to optimize our standards and SOPs and submit a scheduled report over it for management through dedicated resource.
- Understand Business needs, culture and demands aligned with the objectivity to perform business, it would assist in catering R&C goals.
- Ensuring proper communication and coordination to all the Departments and maintain confidentiality & data.
Qualification Experience Age Graduate + Partly qualified ACCA, ICMA, MBA FINANCE 3-4 years 28 to 32 Years
