Job Title: Branch Incharge

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Book shipments for walk-in customers and promote other M&P services.
• Ensure security checks for each shipment.
• Submit cash sales within the specified time.
• Ensure timely delivery and pickup of materials.
• Visit existing clients and identify ways to increase business and revenue for the branch.
• Ensure timely recovery from clients and submission to the company’s account.
• Ensure 100% implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Foster understanding among staff of all instructions issued from the Area/Head Office.
• Conduct training and counseling for staff.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints courteously and resolve them promptly.

Qualifications:

• Graduate and/or Master’s degree.

Experience:

• 2-3 years.

Age:

• 28 to 32 years.
