Customer Care Executive
Karachi
The position will be responsible to interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about queries and services.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospect, consignee for verification of undelivered reasons.
- Effectively communicate the reasons for the failure of delivery, and ask for the next action item.
- Listen, actively to consignee needs, address, inquiries, and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Accurately record and update information, call outcomes, and other relevant data in the company system.
- Track report on call matrices, including all volumes, other key performance indicators to assess and improve outbound calling strategies.
Qualification: Graduate and/or Masters
Experience: 1 – 2 years
Age: 26 to 28 years
