This position is responsible oversees retail operations, ensures revenue growth, and manages business expansion plans. They build and maintain retail channels, optimize performance, and supervise inventory and expenses. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, training staff, and planning marketing initiatives to drive business success and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage expansion plans, including new express centers and tenancy renewals.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets and optimize retail channel performance.
• Oversee operations, inventory, and expenses across express centers and franchises.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational challenges and streamline processes.
• Train and mentor staff to enhance customer service and professionalism.
• Plan marketing activities to boost engagement and drive growth.

Qualification Graduate and/or Masters

Experience 4 – 6 years

Age 30 – 35 Years
