Job Description:
- Coordinate with Sales& Customer Services for training on COD Portal and on API
- Visit COD Customers with Sales and Operations to gather technical requirements and provide onsite COD Support
- Suggest improvements in M-Raabta COD Reports
- Portal Training to customers, local teams and Operations staff
- Coordinate with Sales team and customers to get day to day feedback on portal performance /enhancement
- Identify system bugs and provide timely solution after coordinating with IT and discussion with Business
- Gather and analyze new requirements and coordinate with IT HO team
- Maintain and prepare documentation
