Experience: 3-5 years.

Requirements:
- Creates training strategy & action plan.
- Uses data and on – going research and develops initiatives to ensure departmental training.
- Deliver innovations.
- Develops the infrastructure for all training programs.
- Provides direction, feedback, coaching & development of
trainers to deliver consistent training. - Excellent communication skills.
