Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Key Responsibilities
1.Collaborate with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans
2.Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration
3.Responsible for managing the day to day operations necessary to ensure that the organization achieves its objectives
4.Ensure all programs refer to technical standards, government standards are all aligned with organization strategy
5.Participate in strategic and day to day management decisions as a member of the Senior Management Team
Personal Skills
Excellent strategic, analytical, systems thinking, and problem solving skills, with capacity to see the big picture and ability to make sound judgment and decisions.
Education and Experience
1.Master’s degree in International Development, Business Administration, Finance or relevant field required.
2.10+ years senior leadership role in the appropriate field
3.Experience with an international NGO and experience outside country of origin preferred.
4.Understanding of financial systems, including budgeting and budget/expense analysis experience.
