Looking for HR Business Associate – OD for our Head Office in Lahore.

Qualification: MBA (Human Resource)
Experience: 2 to 3 years

Responsibilities:

• Creates training strategy & action plan.
• Develop and implement policies.
• Uses data and on – going research and develops initiatives to ensure departmental training.
• Deliver innovations.
• Develops the infrastructure for all training programs.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Proficient in MS-Office.
• Performance Management.
• Employee Engagement.
• Excellent communication skills.

Minimum Bachelors along with 3 to 4 years experience in the same capacity in any reputed Organization.
