The individuals who fulfill the below basic-eligibility criteria may apply for the following position:

Position / Job Title

Unit Head – Documentation Management (OG-I / AVP)

• Reporting to: Manager SME / Commercial
• Educational / Professional Qualification:
  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC.
  • Candidates having Master’s Degree and/or any other relevant professional certification(s) will be preferred.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 07 years of banking experience out of which 03 years in credit administration and/or credit operations.
• Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
  • Knowledge of credit portfolio.
  • Awareness of legal documentation and litigation affairs.
  • Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
• Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:
  • To perform scrutiny of Sanction Advice / FOL with reference to Credit Approval Authority Booklet (CAAB) / Seasonal Policies.
  • To select Bank’s Legal Advisor (BLA) and allocation of assignments to BLA.
  • To prepare standard documentations i.e., IBs, for Retail, SME, Commercial / Corporate accounts.
  • To prepare non-standard documentation through BLA.
  • To supervise Registration of Charge with SECP through BLA.
  • To supervise Registration of Mortgages and Marking of lien with concerned registrars / Revenue Offices, through BLA.
  • To seek Genuineness Certificate from BLA, regarding physical verification of title documents from the concerned property record.
  • To seek Perfection Certificate from BLA over the charge / finance documentation that the documents are in perfect order and are legally enforceable before disbursement.
  • To prepare documentation checklists.
  • To prepare Disbursement Authorization Certificate (DAC) for all Retail, SME, Commercial / Corporate accounts including Seasonal Finance and Agriculture Finance (Non-Gold) where needed.
  • To handle & maintain Security / Finance documents.
  • To ensure compliance with relevant SBP guidelines and internal policies.
  • To interact with the internal and external stakeholders.

The individuals who fulfill the below basic-eligibility criteria may apply for the following position:

Position / Job Title: Unit Head – Quality Assurance (AVP)

• Reporting to: Wing Head – Monitoring & Quality Assurance
• Educational / Professional Qualification:
  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC.
  • Candidates having Master’s Degree and/or any other relevant professional certification(s) will be preferred.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 07 years of Banking experience in Anti Money Laundering (AML) / Customer Due Diligence (CDD) / Trade Base Money Laundering (TBML), additional experience of Controls / Audit would be preferred.
• Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Should be able to lead teams of reviewers/auditors/QA.
• Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:
  • To supervise the review of Transaction Monitoring / KYC / Sanction / TBML alerts as reviewed or closed by Analysts and Supervisors to ensure that quality review is performed for completeness and compliance with internal standards.
  • To act as subject matter expert on the Quality Assurance (QA) of trade-related transactions/testing and supervise review of Analysts and Supervisors work and draft a report of QA findings.
  • To analyze sample alerts based QA review for outcome and provide feedback in the findings of QA reports.
  • To adhere policies, procedures, manuals and report all identified gaps to relevant Unit for their timely rectification and enhancement.
  • To build and apply knowledge of trade / new money laundering processes in the QA framework.
  • To maintain ongoing dialogue on MIS to ensure timely resolution of QA issues and enhancement of processes.
  • To develop and maintain updated QA by quality assurance files, which will include QA sampling results, QA process audit logs, and observations/decisions made during quality checks.
  • To prepare a report on the key observations from QA reviews and ensure timely escalation to relevant Unit / Function.
  • To ensure mentoring / coaching for supervisor(s).

Assessment Test / Interview(s):

Only shortlisted candidates strictly meeting the above-listed basic eligibility criteria will be invited for tests and panel interviews.

Employment Type: Contractual, initially for three years which may be renewed on the discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation as per market conditions and the applicant’s profile/experience.
