01 Position / Job Title
Department Head โ IS Project Management Office (AVP / VP)
Reporting to: Wing Head โ IS Program Management
Educational / Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC
- Candidate having Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science / Information Systems / Information Technology / Technology Engineering or any other relevant professional certification(s) will be preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 06 years of experience in Information Technology and / or Information Security, out of which 03 years in managing Information Security projects
- Candidate with relevant working experience in banking or large-scale organization will be preferred
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
- Good knowledge of Information Security function
- Well versed with SBP guidelines regarding Information Security
- Good interpersonal and people management skills
- Knowledge of performing control assessments of business applications, processes, and IT solutions
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for managing all Information Security related projects and work place, Information Security Risk Assessment, etc.
- To plan and perform project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables
- To define and improve IS Project Management Office policies and processes
- To ensure reflection of Information Security requirements in Functional Specification Document for concerned projects and consequent sign-off of Wing Head
- To update and maintain project / program risks and issue logs
- To define and embed project controls and governance
- To provide project planning, milestone management, scope management, and resource forecasting
- To ensure cross program dependencies are managed and dependency log is maintained
- To prepare regular status reports for management reporting
- To ensure testing of defined security requirements during SIT (Security in Information Technology) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phase
- To maintain MIS of security gaps for which business has agreed to implement corrective measure after production rollout of project
- To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)
02 Position / Job Title

Educational / Professional Qualification:

- Candidate having Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science / Information Systems / Information Technology / Technology Engineering or any other relevant professional certification(s) will be preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 06 years of experience in IT, Information Security, or IT Audit, out of which at least 03 years in application of / or project management in the field of Information Security
- Candidate with relevant working experience in banking or large-scale organization will be preferred
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
- Good knowledge of Information Security function
- Well versed with SBP guidelines regarding Information Security
- Good interpersonal and people management skills

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:
- To execute risk assessment program for bank-wide digital applications based on Information Security standards and industry best practices
- To communicate identified Information Security risks and their impacts to the concerned Business Management, and / or IT
- To monitor and track all Information Security issues, till closure, arising from self-assessment, internal audit, external audit, SBP audit, risk and vulnerability assessment programs
- To monitor progress of investigations of security incidents and alerts
- To execute application and infrastructure Vulnerability Assessment program
- To assist Wing Head in reviewing and implementation of security policies and procedures
- To establish a process for IS and IT risk acceptance
- To define policies and procedures for adequate implementation of Payment Card Industry โ Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) within the Bank
- To ensure timely engagement of third-party consultants for implementation, validation, and annual audit to ensure ongoing PCI DSS compliance
- To ensure timely execution of annual risk assessments and quarterly vulnerability scans for cardholder data environment
- To oversee development of baselines and checklists for Information Security reviews
- To devise mechanism for timely closure of observations raised during IS reviews
- To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)
03 Position / Job Title
Officer โ Internet Application Security Review (OG-II / OG-I)
Reporting to: Wing Head โ IS Risk / IS Operations and Threat Management
Educational / Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC
- Candidate having Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science / Information Systems / Information Technology / Technology Engineering or any other relevant professional certification(s) will be preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 02 years of experience in Information Technology and / or Information Security, preferably in relevant area of internet application security review
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
- Understanding of Information Security function
- Good interpersonal skills
- Team player with ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines
- Awareness of cyber security monitoring and detection tools
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:
- To assess web application architecture components and their vulnerabilities
- To provide subject matter expertise on common internet attacks including various types of fraud and scams
- To be responsible for Swift CSP (Customer Security Program) KYC (Know-Your-Customer) Compliance
- To establish and enforce protocols, security measures, and controls
- To be part of deployment of various application security testing tools
- To identify the root cause of security incidents, dig into technical issues, and examine problems from all sides to help in the resolution
- To perform surveillance and evaluation of current policies against new standards and laws, as well as flaws identified internally or discovered externally by others throughout the industry
- To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)

- Supervise pension and investments wing processes to ensure timely pension disbursement for State Bankโs Inspection, External / Internal Audit.
- Coordinate with Tax Division for acquiring tax exemption certificate for Pension & Benevolent Fund Trust.
- Ensure timely and adequate training for team members to maintain required knowledge.
- Address grievances of pensioners, manage NBP Pension Fund Accounts in consultation with counterpart departments.
- Conduct departmental audit and ensure all compliance issues highlighted in the audit report are rectified amicably within the timelines.

- Design and maintain the overall structure of LAN/WAN network architecture to enhance security and improve user connectivity.
- Implement network changes to address bandwidth, configuration, and security requirements.

- Perform routine system updates and patches to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Senior Team Lead โ WAN Projects (OG-II / AVP)

- Candidates having a Masterโs degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or related fields will be preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 03 years of experience in WAN design, setup, and maintenance, including working on modern networking technologies.
- Experience with automation tools and strategies to enhance network management.
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
- Good understanding of WAN technologies, including SD-WAN, Software-Defined Networking (SDN), and MPLS.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with hands-on knowledge of security tools and protocols (e.g., Firewalls, IPS, IDS, SNMP).
- Ability to manage network optimization projects to improve speed and reliability.
- Familiarity with business continuity strategies and disaster recovery tools.

- Design, configure, and implement WAN solutions to ensure optimal performance and security for the organization.

- Industry certifications such as CCNA / CCNP will be preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 03 years of experience in IT Networking, which includes switching / firewall / router-related tasks, out of which at least 01 year of experience must be in Security (Firewalls, IPS / IDS).
- Strong knowledge of routing protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and advanced troubleshooting tools and techniques.
