Position: Head of Governance. Risk & Compliance

Job Purpose: To establish and maintain a framework that promotes good governance, effective risk management, and compliance with the relevant laws and regulations in order to safeguard NFLs reputation and financial well-being, ensuring that it operates ethically and responsibly
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement governance policies and frameworks to ensure that NFL operates in accordance with the relevant legal, regulatory requirements, and best practices
- Oversee the development and implementation of NFLโs risk management framework, policies, and processes to ensure the organisation is safeguarded against actual, potential, or perceived risks at all timesย
- Ensure NFL complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards at all times, and that any changes in regulations are properly communicated across NFL, updating the relevant policies/frameworks accordinglyย
- Develop and oversee the implementation of internal policies and procedures to promote ethical conduct and compliance with organisational standards
- Carry out compliance monitoring, conduct compliance auditing and testing to identify and rectify any non-compliance issues
- Develop and oversee the implementation of whistleblowing and reporting programs to encourage the reporting of unethical or non-compliant behaviour/actions
- Promote a culture of ethical behaviour across NFL by setting an example and fostering an environment where employees feel comfortable when reporting ethical concernsย
- Contribute to the development of NFLโs annual report for all governance related mattersย
- Provide training and coaching to employees to raise awareness of ethical and compliance standards
- Continuously assess and improve governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) processes and strategies to adapt to evolving risks and regulatory changes
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and benchmark against peers to enhance NFLโs GRC frameworks and policiesย
Background Requirements:
- Education:ย Minimum bachelorโsย / CA / ACMA / ACCA
- Experience:ย At least 12ย years of relevant experienceย

Position: Business Analyst โ Agri

Job Purpose: The incumbent will be responsible for providing research and analytical support to the Seed-to-Table agri-team. The incumbent shall have the key responsibility of ensuring the execution of National agriculture projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Research and analytical support for agri ventures
- Assist the CEOโs office in developing presentations related to Board or Directors and other sustainability initiatives
- Managing payments of vendors on a day-to-day basis and ensuring success of all agri-partners
- Develop dashboards for payment trackers and KPIs for agri-business
- Day-to-day payment processing of agri vendors
- Raising PRs and ensuring correct GRNs for all agri vendors inputs as well as fresh produce for onward processing
- Executing commercial contracts such as MoUs and NDAs, etc. for agribusiness
- Provide operational support with agri ventures by conducting on-ground data gathering, due diligence and audits.
- Support with financial analysis of business operations and measuring & forecasting future business performance.
- Analyze internal financial information, external economic conditions, and their impact on business operations.
Education & Experience
- BBA/ BS Economics/ BS Accounts & Finance โ Preferred

Position: Assistant Manager Back Process
Job Purpose
- To manage the resource planning, execution and management of high quality production according to food laws and regulations by keeping in view the vision & objectives of NFL.ย
- Plan, direct, and monitor all production activities within Backprocess, Grinding & Dehydration to maximise the use of the organisationโs resources and meet established production specifications and schedules; volume, cost, and wastage targets; and quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze yearly production requirements from planning department & manage accordingly.
- Analyze requirements of Machine, Manpower & Space for Production Planning
- Analyze Quantity, Standards and Condition of Machine & Equipments,
- Analyze Seasonal; Monthly and Weekly Requirement of Manpower
- Analyze Current v/s Forecast Space ; align all resources according to Production Plans
- Prepare and recommend Annual Budget (CAPEX & OPEX)
- Manage Resource Management of Backprocess, Grinding & Dehydration for a synchronized and continuous production
- Ensure all planned manpower requirements are met through, recruitment & selection, training, staffing and deployment, monitoring and facilitation
- Manage scheduled training of labour on OHSAS, GMP and quality requirements; manage day-to-day IR matters in consultation with IR Team
- Deploy and manage production through optimum utilization of workers, plant and machinery
- Focus on preventive maintenance of the machinery to avoid break down losses.
- Manage maximum utilization of production space while complying with OHSAS, ISO, BRC, GMP and Company Standards
- Conduct physical checks of production floor to monitor compliance of GMP, OHSAS, ISO, BRC, Quality Standard & production schedule.
- Manage export production as per MOQ, through batch processing.
- Manage cost through process review, (re)distribution of workload
- Wastage monitoring & control with 100% work order accuracy.
- Submit monthly KPI report to Plant Manager including, Plan v/s Production, Productivity, Accident Frequency Rate (AFR), Non-conformities, Plant Efficiency, Order Accuracy, Wastage Ratio, Break-down time and Absenteeism
