Position: Assistant Manager HSE โ Corporate
Job Responsibilities
Assist Head of HSE in establishment and implementation of Health, Safety and environmental goals and program.
Collect all relevant KPI data required for reporting to top management.
Review and develop, companyโs HSE policies and procedures to ensure that they comply with the local legislation where relevant like Sindh EPA, Civil Defense, Factory Act 1934, local regulatory and GMP requirement etc.
Carry out periodic audits / reviews to determine gaps between local practices and policies relating to HSE; develop action plan to address the gaps
Conduct and / or liaise with third party consultants, regular risk assessments for all business areas as well as job safety analysis.
Implement and maintain ISO14000, ISO 45000 and other safety standards and certification.
Drive a proactive stance towards EHS in support of Business Continuity Planning, Crisis Management.
Provide HSE improvement proposals stating: the non-conformance, proposed corrective action, required resources for corrective action and plan of implementation
Ensure EHS actions related to incidents (injuries, illnesses, environmental incidents), and audit findings Follows up to ensure that corrective actions are implemented where necessary and ensures that any certification requirements are complied with.
Work pro-actively rather than reactively for the implementation of all HSE related matters.
Liaise with vendors & Project manager (for construction / up gradation) to ensure site personnel are adequately trained to manage HSE matters on site.
Responsible for Environmental sustainability, ESG, waste management.
Experience: 4-6 years of experience in the field of HSE
Location: Head Office, Karachi
Education: Bachelor of Engineering/BS /MSc.
Training: Professional HSE Courses, IOSH Managing Safety (Lead Auditor ISO 45001:2018, NEBOSH IGC and Lead Auditor EMS ISO 14001:2015 preferred) Apply
Position: Supply Planning Executive
Job Purpose:
support the development and implementation of comprehensive supply plans, ensuring timely production and adherence to forecasts. This role involves coordinating with production, procurement, and quality control teams to monitor weekly plans, communicate material shortages, and manage production priorities. Additionally, the role aims to maintain optimal KPIs through effective contingency planning and compliance reporting.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Support in developing and implementing comprehensive supply plans based on demand forecasts, production capabilities, and lead times monitor weekly plan and follow up with Production department.
- Prepare & communicate production compliance / non-compliance sheet on weekly basis to stakeholders.
- Prepare SKU-Wise production priority report of products not available for sale.
- Plan to avoid excessive changeovers on machines based on SKU format and formulation.
- Discuss the raw and packaging material availability with Procurement team to communicate the demand as per forecast.
- Prepare weekly production plan (POs on SAP) for review by Line Manager. Communicate weekly Production Plan to Production, Stores, Procurement and Quality Control teams for on-time execution.
- Contingency planning to maintain optimum level of KPI(s) i.e., S&OP Compliance, Production Compliance and Changeover Reduction
- Communicate/report shortages of material with pending order deliveries based on Master Production Schedule.
- Convert Material Requirement Plan (MRP) data to production orders in SAP and check total requirement of SKUs.
- Conduct final check on availability of raw and packaging material. (Cumulative Requirement for Packaging & Raw Materials).
- Communicate raw and packaging material shortages to Back Process Planning and Procurement teams to eliminate possibility of production loss.
- Communicate with QC team and set priorities in case of delays in raw and packaging material release.
- Monitor Monthly Sales Forecast Status to achieve planned volumes by the 20th of every month.
- Prepare production compliance report with non-compliance reasoning to review progress.
- Extract Sales Forecast V/S Production Data from SAP to check, analyze and verify data.
- Communicate the production priorities to production team for resource allocation.
- Monitor raw and packaging material availability especially for new product development (NPD) and consumer promotion (CP) items.
Qualification and Experience Required:
- Bachelorโs degree required
- MBA or Supply Chain Certification preferred
- With 3-4 years of relevant experience
