Position: Zonal Sales Manager
Job Purpose: To Manage sales activities within the assigned geographical zone, achieve zonal sales targets, and manage a team of Territory Sales Managers
Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies for the allocated zone in accordance with NFLโs revenue targets
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to ensure the regional revenue targets are cascaded and achieved through the Territory Sales teams
- Track, monitor, and report on performance of the Territory Sales team to ensure targets are met within the given timeframes
- Work closely with the Sales Support and Marketing team to review and develop the route-to-market strategies for the allocated zone
- Regularly, track, monitor, and report on actual spend vs. budget for the zone with details of any variances
- Identify, pursue, and build robust business relationships with channel partners, distributors, wholesalers and retailers across the allocated zone
- Assess distributor performance on an ongoing basis and conduct visits to build and maintain relationships with the distributors
- Identify and expand NFLโs presence in underserved markets within the zone using market intelligence from the Territory Sales Managers and Marketing team
- Contribute to negotiations with distributors on pricing and terms of sales agreements, and monitor the implementation of the contract as per the agreed terms
- Work closely with the Marketing and QIRD teams to review and analyse the performance of new and existing product categories
- Conduct regular reviews with the TSMs to track and monitor individual performance of the team against the allocated targets and address any performance issues in a timely manner
- Provide training, guidance, and oversight to the TSMs to ensure they operate in accordance with the companyโs policies and procedures
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor performance, and evolving consumer preferences
- Prepare and submit regular management sales reports for the allocated zone

Position: Business Development Manager
Job Purpose: To lead and execute sales transformation projects in the Karachi region by developing and implementing effective RTM strategies, optimizing sales models, and aligning go-to-market approaches. Responsible for driving growth, achieving assigned.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Lead key work streams and project delivery activities in sales transformation solutions for Karachi region
- Help plan and execute transformational projects with a scope of services that include diagnostic/business cases, channel strategy and alignment, sales strategy, sales model and go-to-market (GTM) design.
- Achieve assigned goals and strategies
- Identify new leads and avenues for growth
- Develop and manage budgets for each project while accounting for all costs
- Reporting on project status to upper management and keeping them informed about any delays or issues with the project
- Manage and lead RTM (Route to Market) strategies
- Ensure sales and distribution model in line with company strategies
- Execute and evaluate RTM performance distributor infrastructure
- Develop and communicate best practice
- Develop solid and optimized RTM strategy including of urban approach to exploit and explore opportunity and potentiality of the market
- Develop Annual Business Plan for RTM implementation in conjunction with commercial team and regional sales manager team
- Conduct financial analysis, return on investment of RTM process to be shared with key stakeholders, control system in place to get regional compliance on distribution management
Skills requirements:

Position: Operations Manager
Job Purpose: To oversee the planning and execution of production operations whilst ensuring optimization of organizational resources, achievement of production targets as per the agreed schedules in accordance with the relevant food, quality and safety laws, regulations, laws and standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze yearly production requirements to assess machinery, manpower, and special requirements for efficient production planning
- Plan and deploy production resources ensuring optimal utilization of employees, machinery, and production workspace in accordance with the agreed production schedules
- Examine current workloads to ensure the effective distribution of tasks ensuring optimal and safe utilization of all resources which includes the production employees
- Track and monitor the relevant parameters to ensure sustainability goals for waste reduction, energy efficiency, lower emissions, and other environmental factors that affect NFL environmental footprint are adhered to at all times
- Analyze any issues related to the conditions and standards of machinery and equipment, seek feedback from the Production Supervisors to understand specific issues and take corrective actions in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to ensure regular maintenance schedules are planed in and carried out as per the manufacturerโs recommendations and/or historical production data
- Track, monitor and report on operations related expenses which includes Capital Expenditure (CapEx) and Operational Excellence (OpEx) and highlight and variances of actuals vs planned
- Track, monitor and report on all relevant KPIs relating to operational efficiency and productivity
- Ensure all employee in the operations team are properly trained and upskilled in relevant occupational health and safety standards (OHSAS) and good manufacturing practice (GMP), and any other quality requirements
- Regularly inspect the production floor to ensure compliance with GMP, OHSAS, ISO, and production schedules
- Guide the goal-setting process for direct reports, evaluating their performance against established objectives, and identify areas for further training and skill development
- Develop mitigation strategies for identified risks, including contingency plans for high impact scenarios
- Liaise with the IR Specialist to ensure employee relations are handled in accordance with the labor laws to avoid legal disputes
- Keep abreast with the latest developments in operations management and industry trends to ensure NFL maintains a best practice approach at all times
Background Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree in relevant discipline with 10-12 years of experience

- Postgraduate degree in relevant discipline with 8-10 years of experience
