National Rural Support Programme, a national level not for profit organization is looking for the energetic, experienced & dedicated professional for its Project “Strengthening of Katchi Abadi Cell and Engagement of Community-based Organizations (CBOs) to be implemented currently in two Katchi Abadies i.e. Soba Nagar in District Central and Essa Nagri in District East, Karachi.

Position Title: Team Lead

Project Duration: Current Assignment Concludes on 31 May 2025

Qualification: Minimum Masters in Social Sciences or equivalent

Experience: Minimum 15 years’ experience of social sector leading different projects, excellent organizational and leadership abilities and outstanding communication and people skills. Superior negotiation skills for both internal and external purposes. Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics. Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
