* 5-7 years of experience in Factory Administration
* Strong understanding of Labor Laws, Factory Act, SESSI, EOBI, Payroll, Housekeeping, etc.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP working environment
