Position : ASSISTANT MANAGER PERSONNEL & ADMIN

Naurus (Pvt.) Limited is one of the leading food processing industry of Pakistan. We are looking for Assistant Manager Personnel & Admin to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day administrative task
- Schedule, monitor & control housekeeping staff on daily basis
- Employee Records, Employee Welfare Activities and Grievance Handling.
- Responsible to maintain personal files, records, labeling & index as per given checklist.
- Develop security guard fortnightly roaster & their rotation
Skills Set:
- Good business verbal & written communication skills
- Good hands-on MS Office
- Command on English & Urdu Composition
- Team player and strong follow up
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Graduate
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
Requirements:
- Must have own conveyance
- Residents of nearby areas would be preferred
