NayaPay is looking for an Application Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What You’ll Do: 💻
- Monitor and Maintain Key Applications: Oversee the performance of critical applications related to Alternate Delivery Channel services, ensuring uptime, efficiency, and security.
- Transaction Monitoring & Investigation: Perform daily transaction investigations, identifying root causes and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Process Automation: Automate routine processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Issue Resolution & Collaboration: Work closely with various internal and external teams to resolve issues end-to-end and ensure timely resolutions for all operational complaints.
- Partner Relations: Foster strong relationships with external partners and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and quick resolution of any operational issues.
- Reporting & Analytics: Maintain and manage operational reports, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to improve service quality.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, enhance system performance, and improve service reliability.
What You’ll Bring: 👩🎓
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with ISO8583 & ISO20022 and payment switches (EMV/NFC/Tokenization).
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail. You should be comfortable troubleshooting technical issues and working under pressure.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively across various teams and stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work in evening or night shifts as needed, with the possibility of remote work.
