In line with our strategy, the Bank is looking for talented, dedicated, and experienced professional(s) for the following positions in the area of Logistics, Communications & Marketing.
The individuals who fulfill the below basic-eligibility criteria may apply for the following positions:
Position 01: Departmental Head โ Internal Communications (AVP / VP)
Reporting to: Wing Head โ Communication & PR
Educational / Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC.
- Candidates having Bachelors or Masterโs degree or equivalent or any other relevant certification(s) will be preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 05 years of relevant working experience, out of which at least 03 years as Head of Department / Leading Role in Marketing and/or Communication and/or Public Relations.
- Candidates having experience in large scale/public organizations will be preferred.
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
- Should have strong communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, time-management, and decision-making skills.
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple issues, pay attention to detail, prioritize, and accomplish tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement engaging internal communication articles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- To ensure successful dissemination of organizational initiatives, projects, and updates to all employees through various communication channels.
- To plan, edit, and write content for the bankโs official magazine, newsletters, and other employee-related bulletins, maintaining a professional tone and engaging style.
- To ensure that internal communication messages are consistent with external communication strategies and reinforce the organizationโs branding and values.
- To act as a liaison between internal stakeholders, including Marketing, External Communications, and user departments, to ensure a seamless flow of information and alignment on communication goals.
- To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).
Place of Posting: Karachi
Position 02: Departmental Head โ Administration (OG-1 / AVP)
Reporting to: Wing Head โ Administration
Educational / Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC.
- Candidates having Masters degree and/or any other relevant certification(s) will be preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 04 years working experience relating to HR Management and/or Administration preferably in a bank.
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
- Ability to work under tough timelines.
- Sound understanding of HR functions and related MIS.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:
- To develop and maintain comprehensive HR database of all staff pertaining to Logistics Communication and Marketing Group, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- To maintain and reconcile leave records with biometric attendance, ensuring compliance with mandatory leave policies and keeping all records up to date.
- To support in data audits required by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Inspection, Auditor General of Pakistan (AGP) Audits, and internal/external audits.
- To ensure processing of payments pertaining to outsourced staff and couriers.
- To facilitate and monitor the timely submission of reimbursement claims for offices located outside the Head Office, including TA/DA bills and branch visit approvals.
- To assist stakeholders in implementing Business Continuity Plans (BCP), Succession Planning, Rotation of Staff, and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) exercises.
- To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).
Place of Posting: Karachi
Position 03: Departmental Head โ Relationship Management (OG-1 / AVP)
Reporting to: Wing Head โ Outsource Services
Educational / Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC.
- Candidates having Bachelors or Masterโs degree or equivalent or any other relevant certification(s) will be preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 04 years of working experience, with at least 1 year in managing outsourced staff at a managerial capacity, preferably in a bank.
- Candidates having experience of Outsourced Services will be given preference.
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
- Should have strong administration skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience of vendor management.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:
- To manage the allocation and deployment of outsourced personnel across Head Office, regional offices, and allied locations in line with operational needs.
- To ensure timely and accurate processing of payments to OSPs, maintaining seamless operations across all locations.
- To prepare and submit reports for internal and external auditors, as well as observations from SBP Inspections, ensuring timely and accurate compliance with all findings.
- To monitor and evaluate the performance of outsourced resources to ensure optimal utilization and alignment with organizational goals.
- To maintain strong relationships with OSPs to ensure consistent service quality and mutual benefit.
- To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).

Additional Details

- Employment Type: The employment will be on contractual basis for three years which may be renewed at the discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bankโs Policy / rules.
