Position: Zonal Sales Controller

Position Snapshot:
Co-pilot to the Sales Manager: providing financial/economic analysis to assure/facilitate the optimal use of commercial resources.ย Ensures that sales operations adhere to financial legal requirements and Nestlรฉ Accounting practices.
Job Description:
- Drive the best use of commercial resources within the sales organization re customer & product profitability.ย Support Key Pricing Decisions and Customer Negotiations. Challenge NPTE activities. Prepare customer & sales ad hoc analysis.
- Challenge Channel Category Sales Development for the different channels / route to market, functional strategy
- Ensure full alignment of the sales team(s) towards financial processes (period-end closing, forecasting, annual resource allocation) to ensure transparent and accurate monitoring of TTS and Sales Force related MGEโs.
- Monitor evolution of NPS/Net Customer Contribution performance re customers, channels and promotions and inform main stakeholders (Sales, Business Co-pilots) of deviations to the plans. Assess & develop optimal trade spend based on promotional efficiency analysis (i.e., Perform Trade Pre-Post Promotion evaluation)
- Monitor evolution of Sales Force MGEโs and challenges sales organization on resource allocation. Support sales organization on annual resource planning and variance tracking.
- Promote Best Practices and new processes / technologies within the Sales Organization with regards to internal and external controls, Pricing Policy, Customer Strategy, harmonization of practices; promote tools (i.e., CRM) for increased Trade Spend transparency.

- Identify areas of risk & opportunities to reach targets and execute action plans to close customer gaps. Co-ordinate with Business / Supply Chain Controllers on action Plans and KPIโs to ensure alignment of strategies.
- Custodian of Sales Organization & Distribution Centre Assets, Efficient Capex control (budgeting & spending).
- Drive Sales & Distribution Value Chain Analysis for cost saving/optimization initiatives and external benchmarking.
- Custodian of internal controls, financial reporting, and statutory and legal compliances with respect to operations at Order Management Centers, Distribution Centers and Distributors.
- Receivables Management and Overdue controls including Key Accounts.
- Monitor inventory freshness, control Bad Goods, and inform the main stakeholders for required corrective actions.
- Forecast NPS and TTS by Customer in the different planning processes to ensure alignment with marketing plans.
- Ensure and support correct and timely accruals for TTS & PFME; ensure consistent capture of Goods Receipts Apply
