Netkom Technologies Looking Documentation Engineer
- Technical data processing to create documents as per defined template by following operating procedures
- Labeling, sorting and categorizing documents as per standard procedures
- Assisting with both internal and external Compliance
- Ensuring documentation integrity.
- Proofreading documents upon request.
- Basic analytical experience
- Proficient typing skills
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Able to prioritize responsibilities and adhere to deadlines
- Expert level specialist with Microsoft Word and Excel technologies
- Experience developing MS Word/Excel templates, forms and MS Office customizations
- Experience of interpreting and implementing standards and regulations (particularly Telecommunication)
Required Skill & Experience
- Minimum 2 yearsโ Experience as Technical Project controller or documentation Engineer
- Bachelor Degree in Communications or related field.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Multitasking ability.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good interpersonal skills.

- Administer & lead all sub domains, ensure timely completion of milestones
- Close coordination with customer
- Monitor hourly work flow, ensure real time tracking & share progress to customer & key stakeholders within the team
- Coordinate with team to resolve all issues
- Develop & maintain implementation
- Manage project with specific focus on deliverables
- Assist in modification of specific SOPs
- Perform independently
- Develop successful professional relations with key stakeholders.
- Real time coordination with teams & Convey timelines, deliverables, risks, delays & impacts to project team members & Project leads well on time
- Enforce successful implementations across multiple functions in organization.
- Chair & facilitate meetings where appropriate & distribute minutes to all project team members.
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal & objective.
Skill & Exp
- Minimum 3y experience in Telecom Rollout or managed service industry
- Engineering in Electrical/Telecom
- True Frontline Manager
- Extensive knowledge of departmental process
- Effective customer communication, able to present new idea & inspire customer
