Netkom Technologies is looking for HR Executive (Islamabad)
Role Summary: The “HR Executive” will be responsible to optimize and bring efficiency to HR operations, functions, and system management. Manage and administrator employee lifecycle to systemize & automate the HR processes. The incumbent must be a people person, a good listener, and detail-oriented to keep a record of confidential data by ensuring secrecy at all levels.
Job Specifications:
- Masters/ Bachelor’s degree in HR from an accredited university
- Must have at least 2-3 years of experience, specifically 1-2 years of experience in the IT/Telecom services industry at a similar capacity
- Must have expertise in MS Office
- Must have knowledge of ERP
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent presentation skills
