Netkom Technologies is looking for IP Engineer. Telco experience preferred
Requirements:
- Should have good analytical skills to troubleshoot complex network issues.
- Should have good understanding of Cisco, Juniper, Huawei devices and be able to differentiate the basic architectural differences among them.
- Should have basic understanding of advanced technologies such as SD-WAN, Cloud Computing, Network Virtualization etc.
- Should be able to understand the enterprise network requirements and be able to suggest optimized solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol suite, IP Networks and routing protocols.
- System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields.
- Cabling and wiring infrastructure
- Operational troubleshooting
- Managing multiple projects and/or issues simultaneously
- A proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategy and plans.
Specifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with Router and Switch Configuration or IP network administration
- Network certification preferred along with Engineering Degree in Computer, Software, Telecom, Electrical, Electronics or any relevant field
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent verbal, written communication with strong follow through and ability to work in teams under pressure.
